At With Love Bashi, we are committed to delivering your jewellery with the utmost care and efficiency. Please find our shipping details below:
Order Processing Time:
All orders are processed within one to two business days. During peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
UK Shipping:
We offer shipping across the UK through the following couriers: Royal Mail, Evri, and Yodel. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery method and destination.
Estimated Delivery Times:
Standard delivery typically takes two to four business days. If you choose an express delivery option, your order should arrive within one to two business days. Please note that delivery times may vary during holidays.
International Shipping:
We ship to selected international destinations. Delivery times generally range from seven to fourteen business days. Please be aware that customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer, and some delays may occur due to customs processing.
Tracking:
A tracking link will be provided once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to monitor its progress.
Incorrect Addresses and Failed Deliveries:
Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate. With Love Bashi cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses. In the event that a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees.
Lost or Damaged Parcels:
